Business Failure
Success is not final, Failure is not fatal: it is the courage to continue that counts.
Business failure refers to the company that stops or dissolve its operations. The main reason for the failures could be the inability to meet the needs and profit margins. A healthy business with a great idea can dissolve if the margins are not made to the level. As life business could reach the apex and could step down as well.
Business could have many reasons to cease. Exploring the roots some of are:-
1. High Taxation: - Tax has always been an issue for business. These are some policies that our government decides and In India, Security exchange board of India(SEBI) is the regulatory body. Excessive Tax always makes your pocket unwell. Even some of the reputed companies had fallen as a result of the blackout.
2. Customer Needs: - Fulfilling your customer is a prime duty of a leader. What your customer needs and are you fulfilling it. Keep an eye on what’s the trending problem of a customer and a solution that would enhance your business then.
3. Poor management: - The main problem relies upon management that is closely linked to planning. If that initial arrow would bang the fish’s eye then it would be great to fetch out the name. Communication gap and micro-managing are common problems while in business. Fix them up and adore your business.
4. Premature scaling: - Success is that fruit everyone wants to taste. But if the fruit has not ripened yet it would taste bitter. Analyzing your business and making the comparison is more often seen in the competitor startups. Don’t scale your business until you’re not ready. According to a study 3200 high growth internet startups done by Startup Genome, 70 % failed due to premature scaling.
5. Overexpansion and Maintaining a product service: - When in a deep sea, make your strokes to swim to the land. Over expansion is a most common mistake a person commits in too many verticals. Before stepping to a new one make sure to analyze your existing market.
Maintaining the quality of your product and services should be regularly in practice. More often these are also some reason’s to fail.
Concluding my blog, It is really important to change the game. We need to improvise our system and operations. and reform’s should be made where there would be a possibility of a comeback and from here the Business will Grow and Nurture. As it’s popularly said
“Life is all about a second chance”.
